If you need a realtor, Christi is the best! We had a sudden move that took us out of state. Moving, finding a new house, and starting a new job was stressful, but getting our old house sold was not! There were a lot of unknowns and we knew our home needed some repairs. Christi was there every step of the way. The communication was fabulous. We always knew what was going on and what the next steps were. She went above and beyond! She found people to make the repairs needed and even negotiated prices on our behalf. We were nervous that our house was going to sit on the market for months but she prepared marketing materials, professional photos, and held an open house and got us under contract in less than a week! I could not be more impressed by the hard work and dedication of her and her team!

Even after we had a offer she was working her butt off to make sure that the sale went though and was on top of things. I feel like she has a gift and found her calling. She even helped us submit an offer while being on vacation which we were thankful for. Made sure the house is in perfect condition when moving in with fighting with sellers on repairs!! I don't know where to begin when leaving a review about Christi Madden. Every single aspect of the selling process was phenomenal. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. She answers texts and emails quickly and she is extremely thorough. The house she sold for me was on the market 3 days.
