What a fantastic agent to work with! My (now ex) wife and I were going through a divorce during the sale of the house and it was a very stressful time. Christi was an absolute super-star and bent over backwards to help everything get done. I can't say enough good about her! The sale would never have happened without her! I can’t say enough good things about Christi and her team. She’s like a secret weapon.

What sets her apart? She actually LISTENS. She goes way beyond what a normal realtor would. She is the best in KS and I’ll bet on that all day.

She was available 24/7 (seriously, she answered texts at 10 PM). Having to move out of state and being in a different state she was still right on top of everything.

Our house had an offer within one week and she worked with us to get all the much needed repairs done for the inspections. Not only did she work through them she also found people to do them. Which was helpful due to us starting a new job and life in a new location.

We had enough stress and she went out of her way to ensure this was not one of them. She even calmed us down when we were freaking out.

If you want a new friend, family member and not just a realtor then look no further. She is hands down the most amazing person.

If you need a realtor, Christi is the best! We had a sudden move that took us out of state. Moving, finding a new house, and starting a new job was stressful, but getting our old house sold was not! There were a lot of unknowns and we knew our home needed some repairs. Christi was there every step of the way. The communication was fabulous. We always knew what was going on and what the next steps were. She went above and beyond! She found people to make the repairs needed and even negotiated prices on our behalf. We were nervous that our house was going to sit on the market for months but she prepared marketing materials, professional photos, and held an open house and got us under contract in less than a week! I could not be more impressed by the hard work and dedication of her and her team!

My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Christi twice - once for the sale of our rental property and again for the purchase of land. She even helped us submit an offer while being on vacation which we were thankful for. Made sure the house is in perfect condition when moving in with fighting with sellers on repairs!! I don't know where to begin when leaving a review about Christi Madden. Every single aspect of the selling process was phenomenal. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. She answers texts and emails quickly and she is extremely thorough. The house she sold for me was on the market 3 days.
