Christian Bohyn, MBA, is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Owner with Windmakerr Realty in Orlando. His designations include being a Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified International Property Specialist, PMN, and ePRO. He moved from Belgium/Europe to Florida in 2002.
Ever since he arrived in the US he has been investing in Real Estate.
He suffered the same consequences as most investors and lost lots of equity dollars. He learned to sell homes fast because he wanted to get out quickly. That was the start of a new venture: "helping others sell their homes fast and negotiate short sales".
For years he has been active as a Broker Agent, specializing in Short Sales, and Luxury Properties, he has helped many people sell their homes in Florida with his Fast Sell Process. Recently Christian is more involved in New Construction and sales to foreign buyers.
Christian is also involved in the Realtor community where he donates his time and shares his expertise. He is a member of the Orlando Chapter of the Woman's Counsel of Realtors (WCR) He sits on the board of directors at the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is a 2014 graduate of both ORRA and Florida Realtors Leadership Academy and a 2016 Graduate of the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.
On the national level, Christian has been appointed National Association of Realtors President's Liaison to Belgium from 2015 to 2018 and most recently he has been appointed NAR Ambassador to Belgium and The Netherlands.
Because of his involvement in the fight to end homelessness in Florida, Florida Realtors appointed him Director at "Homeownership for all" the nonprofit responsible for raising monies through the sale of the "Homeownership for all" specialty license plates. As a result of his efforts, he has received ORRA’s 2014 "Rising Star" Award.
He is providing a much-needed service by helping people in this market buy and sell a home. He is delighted to give back to the community. Because he is proud to be able to live and work in this great country."
