About Christian

After 25 years as an executive in product development and fashion merchandising working for top brands like Calvin Klein, Levi’s, and Banana Republic. Christian joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty because he felt the strength of the Sotheby’s brand offers the reach for the consumer that other competitors cannot touch. Christian is leveraging his history of connecting people with beautiful product to his passion for connecting people with beautiful homes. Home buying is intrinsically personal and understanding the consumer is paramount to anticipate and react to their needs. Christian’s natural ability to listen as well as his collaborative and communicative energy are the foundation of his client relationships. This combined with his comfort with technology will allow him to strategically use the breadth of tools in the Sotheby’s arsenal to find or sell your home.

Christian and his husband Kevin came to Woodbury as weekenders quite by chance. While visiting friends one weekend in 2004, they became so entranced by Litchfield County they made an offer on a house that same weekend. Having grown up in the Midwest Christian knew right away this was the place to call home and even married in Bethlehem in 2011. The sense of community and the unique attributes of the towns and villages of Litchfield County are unrivaled while remaining accessible to major cities. The Litchfield Hills allow Christian to explore and expand his love of water and snow skiing, hiking, biking, and boating.

After a seasoned search for a second home Christian gained valuable insights and knows that a full end-to-end customer approach is necessary. Having lived in Miami, San Francisco, and New York, Christian appreciates a multitude of architectural styles. Christian loves a project that includes home buying and renovating and has successfully used his merchandising skills and keen aesthetic to complete multiple renovations including two here in Litchfield County.
