I recently worked with Christian in purchasing a multi-family investment property in Salem, OR. His knowledge of the Salem area market and his willingness to understand the attributes that were important to me helped make the purchase successful. What was most refreshing was Christian's patience during the process, not once did I ever feel like Christian was trying to "sell" me on a property I did not like, but rather understood my viewpoints and then would refine his searches to incorporate those concerns.

Christian was amazing through out our home buying process… He really stuck with us through thick and thin. From day one he assured us that he was here for us and wanted to get us into our first house. He was excited to show us houses and did a great job making himself available around our work schedule. Not only did he show us several houses… he treated us like family … he stuck with us- through house after house until we found the perfect one. I if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t of bought our house… he really went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful.

Enjoyed working with Christian as he was always very responsive and just a fun person to work with. We would give him a list of a few properties we would want to look at and he would have us scheduled the next day and sometimes even the same day. We had to coordinate times as my husband and I were living in 2 different areas at the time during the transition from WA and he did a great job of making that work. He also went above the call of duty in helping us with a repair matter on the new home. We would highly recommend Christian and if we ever sell will be calling him.

Christian Lydon of Blum Real Estate in Salem, OR recently acted as our buyers' agent for the purchase of an Oregon home. As WA residents, we appreciated Christian's knowledge of the local OR area we were searching. His construction knowledge was also helpful in evaluating the homes we viewed. It took three months, multiple trips from WA to OR, viewing of more than 20 properties, and losing out on several offers before we were successful. Through the entire process, Christian was always available, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.
