Christian McDougall

Chris McDougall believes in a low-pressure approach combined with the utmost professionalism. The Washington, D.C. native now lives in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego, where he has been selling residential real estate for more than four years now. In that time, he’s managed more than 50 sales.

The Virginia Tech grad gained a vast wealth of experience in real estate markets by working for a mortgage company in loss mitigation before moving up to an asset management company where he oversaw a team of asset managers that sold hundreds of properties per year, all over the country.

These days, he sells properties all over San Diego county and is especially good with first time buyers, having sold properties from Imperial Beach to Oceanside and out to Ramona, with sales even reaching as far afield as Riverside County. McDougall says that his method is putting the “focus on making sure the clients are informed, knowledgeable, and comfortable with the process each step of the way.”
