Christian Perlini, CCIM is a dedicated commercial real estate broker servicing the South Florida market. Christian specializes in serving property owners, business owners and investors with sales and leasing of commercial properties located within the State of Florida. Christian is a Certified Commercial Investment Member designee (CCIM) as well as an e-PRO and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). He is extremely adept in finding win-win solutions to each unique transaction, as well as being inventive in meeting his client's short and long term objectives.
