Christian Peter

Christian is the President of Dark Horse Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage company based out of Miami, Florida. He specializes in disposition and acquisition strategies of income – producing investments for a variety of clients. He transacts in the markets of Multi-Family, Retail, and Office with a focus on Industrial properties. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Christian has closed well over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions over his career. Prior to starting his own businesses Christian worked at the national commercial real estate brokerage firms of NAI Miami and SVN South where he brokered commercial real estate transactions throughout South Florida across four property types. At the start of his career, Christian worked for over a decade in his family business that specialized in commercial real estate development, construction, and property management.
