My spouse and I recently purchased our first home and could not have asked for a better realtor to guide us through the whole process than Christian Ward. Christian is personable, professional and an extremely knowledgeable resource that we trust completely. From the start of the entire process, Christian was open and available when answering all of our questions or providing honest insight.
Being first time home buyers we were very anxious and excited and we were very appreciative of his level of communication throughout the entire adventure. He was an incredible advocate for us and he always made us feel like his top priority. His knowledge about Ann Arbor and the surrounding area was an invaluable tool and helped us narrow our search and ultimately find the perfect home. When it came time to put an offer on our house, I felt like we had a secret weapon with Christian as our realtor in the highly competitive Ann Arbor housing market. Not only did he help us get into our perfect home, he became a trusted friend. We could not recommend Christian enough to anyone looking for a top notch realtor.

We loved working with Christian! For a first-time homebuyer, it was so comforting to have someone like Christian in our corner who explained the process to us and helped us know what to look out for when evaluating a home. He is very clued in to the Ann Arbor market and was available for and responsive to all of our questions. He really took the time to get to know us and understand precisely what we were looking for (even when we sometimes didn’t even know ourselves). And during such a competitive time to buy a house, Christian helped us craft very compelling offers that landed us on top of the list. What’s more, Christian is a delight to spend time with! If you’re going to be devoting your weekends to touring homes, it’s nice to have someone with a sense of humor by your side, right? I personally found buying a home to be a very high emotion experience, and I really appreciated Christian’s tempering and understanding personality throughout all of the trials and tribulations. I cannot recommend Christian enough to anyone looking for an experienced and perceptive realtor who’s simply a joy to be around.

We truly had a fantastic experience working with Christian Ward to find our new home. Because our move was a result of a new job, our relocation specialist put us in touch with Christian. We could not have picked a more professional, courteous and respectful realtor and are thankful he was recommended to us. Due to COVID, our searches started remotely with Christian sending us leads to better than understand what we desired in our new home. Christian virtually toured several homes and gave us his “boots on the ground” assessment of the home’s condition, the neighborhood and amenities. Although it took us almost 6 months to find a home, we never felt pressure to make a decision. Christian knew exactly what we wanted and did not want us to settle just for the sake of selling a home. He went above and beyond to work around our limited, in person time together and when the perfect home became available, he knew exactly how to write the offer that would secure our new home. Christian became a valued friend through the process and we are looking forward to getting together to celebrate once it is safe.

We loved working with Christian for our first home purchase. At our first meeting, Christian walked us through the process of purchasing a new home, and we were happy that he was patient with us in answering the millions of questions we had as first-time home buyers. We can't say enough good things about Christian. He doesn't just know our neighborhood; he lives there, and is fully invested in the community. We met him at a neighborhood open house, and we were so impressed that we decided to ask him to help us sell our home when it was time.

He was highly helpful and supportive when selling our home. He was right with us every step of the way, coaching us through and helping us out where he could. His wise advice on "sprucing up" and pricing our home was perfect for the market and time of year; there was lots of interest, and it sold quickly.

When we were buying our new home, Christian helped us define our needs and wants, through technology, communication, and his own personal touch. As a result, we were able to focus on the homes that most closely met our needs. He helped us put together strong offers, that resulted in us getting just the home we wanted in a highly competitive market.

We have no hesitation in recommending Christian to anyone selling or buying a home.

I'd met with a few other realtors in the area to get a feel for things, but when I met with Christian I knew he was the realtor I wanted to work with. I liked his positive approach and dedication to excellent service, and appreciated his expansive knowledge of the area and the market. Christian helped me to find a condo I loved and could call "home." He was always patient, friendly, and determined.
