We truly had a fantastic experience working with Christian Ward to find our new home. Because our move was a result of a new job, our relocation specialist put us in touch with Christian. We could not have picked a more professional, courteous and respectful realtor and are thankful he was recommended to us. Due to COVID, our searches started remotely with Christian sending us leads to better than understand what we desired in our new home. Christian virtually toured several homes and gave us his “boots on the ground” assessment of the home’s condition, the neighborhood and amenities. Although it took us almost 6 months to find a home, we never felt pressure to make a decision. Christian knew exactly what we wanted and did not want us to settle just for the sake of selling a home. He went above and beyond to work around our limited, in person time together and when the perfect home became available, he knew exactly how to write the offer that would secure our new home. Christian became a valued friend through the process and we are looking forward to getting together to celebrate once it is safe.

Christian was a pleasure to work with. He responded promptly to our inquiries and as we worked together, learned about our specific tastes and goals in finding a new home. As first time home buyers, we relied heavily on his experience with the local Ann Arbor market and his frequent recommendations/suggestions on the best potential fits for us. We loved working with Christian for our first home purchase. At our first meeting, Christian walked us through the process of purchasing a new home, and we were happy that he was patient with us in answering the millions of questions we had as first-time home buyers. Although we selected a for-sale-by-owner home, Christian showed the same commitment and acted in our interest every step of the way. His knowledge and his demeanor made this process go very smoothly. Additionally, Christian’s positive outlook and wonderful personality made what could have been a very stressful process easy and enjoyable. We can't say enough good things about Christian. He doesn't just know our neighborhood; he lives there, and is fully invested in the community. We met him at a neighborhood open house, and we were so impressed that we decided to ask him to help us sell our home when it was time.

He was highly helpful and supportive when selling our home. He was right with us every step of the way, coaching us through and helping us out where he could. His wise advice on "sprucing up" and pricing our home was perfect for the market and time of year; there was lots of interest, and it sold quickly.

When we were buying our new home, Christian helped us define our needs and wants, through technology, communication, and his own personal touch. As a result, we were able to focus on the homes that most closely met our needs. He helped us put together strong offers, that resulted in us getting just the home we wanted in a highly competitive market.

We have no hesitation in recommending Christian to anyone selling or buying a home.

I'm so glad I found Christian! He was recommended very highly to me by a trusted source. I'd met with a few other realtors in the area to get a feel for things, but when I met with Christian I knew he was the realtor I wanted to work with. I liked his positive approach and dedication to excellent service, and appreciated his expansive knowledge of the area and the market. Christian helped me to find a condo I loved and could call "home." He was always patient, friendly, and determined.
