Review from Mike Rutkowski, October 2014: I recently relocated from Milwaukee to San Diego and needed to find an apartment on very short notice. Being mostly unfamiliar with the area, I needed the help of a good realtor. Christie exceeded my exceptions in helping me finding a place. She is a San Diego native, and it showed in her ability to pinpoint locations that would be a good fit for me. But what I was most impressed with was the fact Christie really seemed to consider my best interests throughout the entire process. Using her knowledge of the area, she made sure to direct our search to safe parts of town; she gave honest and helpful feedback as to what types of places I could afford with my budget; and she did a great job of sharing her personal experiences living in the area to help me make my decisions. I would definitely recommend Christie to someone else and I would definitely seek out her assistance again in the future.

My husband and I live in the North East and have been wanting to relocate to San Diego for quite some time. We have been watching the market for over 10 years and have dealt with San Diego realtors in the past. None of them have ever given us the attention to find our dream home. This past experience prompted me to begin researching honest realtors in the San Diego area. A Google search thankfully led me to Christie Gray. From the first phone call I made to her, I knew I didn't have to look further. We did not know the area well, so we changed the towns we were interested in, as well as the type of property we wanted to purchase numerous times. Christie was flexible and patient throughout the entire process. She consistently adjusted to our new search criterias. She spent many days with us, some last minute, to look at properties and areas. In the end, we found the perfect place and couldn't be happier. Christie helped us handle the entire transaction while we were 3000 miles away. I couldn't ever have imagined working with someone else. She is professional, genuine, pleasant to be around and work with, very easy to deal with, and very accommodating. She emailed me almost every day with updates and directions when we were in escrow. We now have a life long realtor and I would recommend Christie to anyone looking in all of San Diego county. You will not be disappointed.
