WORK PHILOSOPHY
As a second generation local Realtor, I’ve spent over 20 years guiding Tallahasseans through their real estate sales, just like my father did. However, there is a greater purpose to what I do. By properly advising Buyers about home purchases and investments that facilitate their ability to resell and refinance when needed, Tallahasseans stay more financially secure.
By polishing Sellers’ homes and marketing them aggressively, more funds from their proceeds are re-invested into our local economy. I am proud to call this fine City home and enthusiastically enjoy enriching Tallahasseans’ lives with the best real estate sales advice.

AREAS OF SERVICE
- I work with a consistently even number of Buyers and Sellers and advise accordingly from both perspectives
- Real estate statistics are highly localized. My areas of expertise are Leon, Gadsden, Wakulla and Jefferson Counties, which encompass the area referred to as the Metro Area of Tallahassee.

- BS in Business Administration (with Honors) from University of Florida, with specialization in Marketing

- Graduate of Tallahassee’s Leon High, Raa Middle and Gilchrist Elementary Schools
- Licensed, full-time Florida Realtor® since 2003
- Second-generation native of Tallahassee with extensive knowledge of the local culture and housing climate
- Trained by Chip Perkins (my father), an award-winning Tallahassee Realtor for over 40 years, and Virginia Glass, a top–producing locally-renowned Realtor for over 45 years
