We first worked with Christina when the husband was doing a geo-bachelor stint and bought a townhouse at a bargain. Years later when we wanted to sell the investment property, we didn't shop around for realtors, my first call was to Christina. Having only been involved in real estate transactions that involved small lots with home built on them, we were understandably apprehensive when we officially embarked on our pursuit of acreage in the surrounding area. Information on several parcels was routinely provided to us, but the search began to get very real when we received a telephone call from Christina Asbury. She asked a series of questions, and as we provided the answers you could sense that the pieces were falling into place and she was formulating a plan as we spoke. After that, she began to provide more focused leads to us, and after visiting numerous properties, we pulled up to the one we eventually purchased. Mind you – at the time we decided the land was what we were looking for, we still had apprehension due to the new terms like “due diligence”, but Christina explained everything and really set our minds at ease. She was with us at every step: from negotiating, to having due diligence actions completed, to closing. She is very quick on her feet, so much so that when we were a day away from closing, the seller’s attorney had dropped the ball and it didn’t look like we’d be closing on time. We were disappointed to say the least, but Christina pulled a rabbit out of her hat and got the sellers to use the same attorneys as we did, and the closing went off as scheduled without a hitch! To put it plainly: You will not go wrong choosing Christina Asbury as your agent. We trust her 100%, and will go out of our way to use her again should the occasion ever arise.

When we decided to purchase a house sight unseen, we were lucky to have been paired up with Christina from USAA. Not only did she provide me with virtual walk throughs of the house, community, and even went a little off road to show me the kayak launch, her knowledge of the area and people really put us at ease. Heck, she even put some of our deliveries in the house until we arrived. We then decided to sell a lot in a 1031 exchange which forced a tight closing window as we already contracted in the replacement lot. Again, Christina's mastery of the process brought us top dollar with no hiccups along the way. We now own a beautiful home and have our new water front lot because of Christina's savviness. When we begin investing in real estate, you better believe Christina will be the first person I call.

In 2009 while looking to buy a home, my husband and I met Christina and we're so thankful we did. We quickly became friends. She is incredibly knowledgeable in the real estate market as well as the surrounding areas of Camp Lejeune and New River. As a NC native herself, her familiarity of Sneads Ferry and cities further south are this girls hometown. She understands the Military lifestyle and knows how to best work with it's people for them to get the best bang for their buck. Fast forward to 2017 as we are in the process of selling our home, there isn't anyone else we would choose to work with. If you're looking for the most knowledgeable in their field Christina Asbury is the one. She is not only knowledgeable in all things real estate and land but she is also committed 150% to her clients. She helped me sell my home in Jacksonville and had a qualified buyer within 30 days. She also helped me find my dream home in Sneads Ferry North Carolina. She listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect home. We had been searching for our ideal home and Christina called me as soon as it came on the market. I was able to fly in from out of state to look at new construction and put in a offer. During the construction phase I was living in another state and she made the process enjoyable and I had full confidence in her abilities to act in my behalf while I was out of state and my husband was deployed.
