Christina Blixt helped us sell our home near Heather Farms Park. Because she lives in the neighborhood, she is extremely knowledgeable about the market and comparable properties in surrounding developments. From the beginning, she was very organized and effective in bringing our home to market at the right price and in the right condition. Once our home was listed, Christina communicated regularly, not just with us, but with realtors who had shown the property and those who might have potential clients. She kept traffic flowing. When our buyer backed out, Christina encouraged us to stay positive and soon brought in another over-asking bid. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Christina's help to sell our property was awesome. She is professional, honest, hardworking and knows what she's doing. During a very difficult time in our lives, she took over all the preparations for the sale and lifted enormous burdens off our shoulders. She really listened to what we needed and went out of her way to help. If it weren't for her knowledge, experience, positive attitude and wholehearted support, I don't know what we would have done. On top of all that, a previous bad experience with a real estate deal had soured us to the whole process, but Christina pulled everything through for us. She made it as painless as she could and we are truly grateful. Thanks Christina! You are a star!

Look no further for a realtor! Christina has it all!
This is the first house we sold in the USA and we interviewed many realtors.
Christina is super responsive, very knowledgeable of the market and guides you through the whole process.
What we really liked is the fact she came up with a plan to sell the house as opposed to just being reliant on a hot market.
Very easy to work with and a lovely person.

Christina was wonderful to work with! This was my first time buying a home and she made me feel at ease with the whole process. On top of being a first time buyer, buying in the Bay Area is very stressful due to the competitivess of the area. She was very encouraging and really listened to what I wanted in a home (without squashing my dreams). She was super proactive in providing me with listings of places that matched what I was looking for and setting up property viewings when it was convenient for me. When we submitted an offer, she took the time to really explain the steps and provided me with a recommended list of companies to perform inspections, moving services, and rekeying services. I am so thankful that she was a part of my team and that she helped me find a home so quickly!
