I honestly don’t think I have ever encountered anyone so good at their job. I have been so well-informed, and treated so well during the purchase of two homes and the sale of one. Christina is seriously the best. She works for you. She always looks out for your best interest! She is also very knowledgeable!!! She points out things that might be missed when looking good& bad, which is very helpful because personally I wanted to see where my kitchen table or bedroom set would go not the electrical box being updated or the hard to see water line in the basement. LOL! She showed us many, many houses and never ever made us feel like we were wasting her time. Always coming with disclosures and extra info! She always got us in to look at a house super fast! She also never pressured us into a house, or an offer. She is wonderful and you won’t regret choosing her. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Christina Cain did an amazing job helping my family find our forever home! We are first time home owners and were little nervous to start the process. Christina got us in touch with Brad Woolman at Lake Michigan credit union who helped us with our loan process (which was smooth and easy. We recommend Brad and his team to any one in need of a loan). After our pre-approval we were able to start looking at homes right away. It only took a short discussion with Christina for her to find the right homes for us to look at. Christina was attentive and made sure to clear out her day for us while house hunting. As my wife and I both have busy lives with our jobs in the medical field and our two kids, Christina was able to provide us with a full service realtor experience.
