Christina was the most amazing realtor for us and I will never recommend anyone else after working with her. We were first time home buyers and she took the time to explain everything to us and was so great about answering our questions immediately any time of day or night. Not to mention any day of the week, even during a snow storm, she was immediately willing to drop everything and drive all over the place to help show us any home we were interested in.

We ended up having an offer accepted on a home in Georgetown, that after the home inspection had far too many and far too expensive repairs needed before it would be ready to live in. The sellers and their agent did everything they could to string us along as long as possible hoping we'd give up on trying to get out of buying the home. The entire time Christina kept our spirits up and helped us feel like we were doing the right thing. Never once did we feel pressured into buying that home or like she was just out to get a commission. When we weren't sure we should pass on the home or not she let us know without sugar coating it that we needed to pass on the home.

She worked every day to keep the pressure on the sellers and their agent until they finally let us out of our offer and we got to keep our deposit. We ended up finding our dream first home later that same week. I'm not confident that with another realtor we would have ended up having the same outcome. I'll never stop being thankful to Christina and all of her help.

Not to mention that we bought our home in March of 2018, and she was still kind enough to remember us at Christmas of 2018, and came by our house to drop off the cutest cookie jar and card I've ever seen as a gift. If we ever move out Central KY I'll be sad we won't be able to use Christina as our realtor.
