Christina Fawcett

Christina Fawcett has deep roots on the North Shore and loves everything about it. She grew up here and completed her education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. With her MBA in hand, she started in brand management at The Quaker Oats Company focusing on consumer behavior, evaluating marketing and advertising programs and gaining sales experience. Her background in consumer marketing formed a solid foundation to launch her real estate career in 1996. With over 25 years of experience, her sole focus is on her client's needs and making sure each client, no matter what home they are buying or selling, achieves their desired outcome. Christina is interested in providing the highest quality of service possible. She wants each client to know that their interests and needs are her highest priority.

The North Shore market is known for beautiful historic homes as well as new construction. Christina has an appreciation of the various types and styles of homes and the nuances of each neighborhood. She has a deep understanding of the public and private school systems, from kindergarten through high school. Having three kids go through the public education system has given her an important insight and sensitivity to the academic, athletic and the social elements. She cherishes all the amenities that make the North Shore special, such as the park system programs and resources, the cultural traditions and amenities, and the retail shops and restaurants.

Christina wants her clients to enjoy their experience of buying or selling a home and to know that their goals are her top priority. Her efforts are supported by a team that includes stagers, photographers, real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and marketing and advertising professionals. Christina feels extremely lucky to have a profession she enjoys so much, even after 25 years. What makes her work so fulfilling is forming a strong professional and personal connection with each client over many years. She loves her work and the greatest reward is having her clients achieve their goals.
