-Intimate knowledge of the Lake Wylie and surrounding area's current real estate market and trends
-She worked seamlessly with other professionals (stager, attorney, inspector, etc.) during the entire process from beginning to closing
-Timely and responsive communication to us as sellers and to prospective buyers
-Great listener to our individual needs throughout the process
-Provided actionable advice, specific to our neighborhood, on decisions to help better market our home

Now more than ever, you need a professional Realtor by your side in your real estate transactions. The real estate industry is currently a frenzy - with record low inventory and DOM, multiple showings, and competing offers.
