I was referred to Christina by a friend. I had sold my lot in Red Feather Lakes by owner and had a couple of other deals and offers fall through so I knew I needed a professional in my corner. Christina and her team were just that: knowledgeable, quick, experienced, and helped us get the right offer in on the right lot at the right time and to closing without a hiccup very quickly. Christina is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about appointments, inspections, appraisals. She was always responsive anytime we asked a question and never made us feel uncomfortable. She was honest and forthright- no games. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Christina was beyond amazing and I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else, she kept me sane through it all! I was buying another house, contingent upon selling my current home - it was pretty stressful and it all happened so fast, there was a lot to do and she was there every step of the way. Her knowledge and expertise was apparent right from the start with her suggestions/recommendations and because of that I felt confident about the decisions I made. Christina has been an important person in our lives since my wife and I were married! Christina helped guide my wife and I through the process of buying our first home. She was personally recommended to us by our family's realtor in New Mexico for her experience and friendly and honest demeanor. In addition to helping us buy the home (which involved one of the most unnecessarily difficult seller-lender dynamics in any involved parties' memory as a result of the market overload during Covid-19), she has since helped us with much of the remodeling by suggesting changes and providing us with contacts for reliable local contractors. We will absolutely continue to consult with her for future projects as well as when we eventually sell our home.
