Christina Lienenlueke managed a rental property for us for 3 years, and then was our real estate agent when we sold the property. She has been excellent to work with in both capacities. Friendly, calm, very prompt communicator, excellent accounting and reporting systems. I will definitely hire her again if I need these services in the future.

Christina managed two properties for me for eight years as well as the sale of each. I achieved excellent returns as a landlord and was always up to date and compliant with changing rules thanks to Christina and her skill and dedication to clients. I would recommend her without reservation. Honest, reliable, experienced. 10 out of 10. Communicating with her was easy and she always got back to me promptly. Her reporting package is clear and easy to understand and made tax filing a breeze. She found high quality, stable tenants, she was proactive and firm in dealing with issues as they arose. Her network of suppliers provided reliable and high quality maintenance and repairs. I live overseas and had peace of mind that Christina was on top of it and acting in my best interest always.
