About Christy:
A full time Realtor since 2016. My passion is selling real estate. It's a very special
privilege to be allowed into a customer's life working together with them as a team to
accomplish their real estate goals. I find it very rewarding.
In 2021 I was honored with the International Sterling Society Award from Coldwell
Banker for reaching top sales. Always learning and growing keeps me on point with
new laws and ways of serving my customers. Trained in several designations such as
Certified International Property Specialist, Resort and Second Property Specialist,
Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist and Global Luxury Agent Status. Education
and personal growth are important to me. I treat all my customers with honesty and integrity,
what you see is what you get, I like to keep it real.
My customers say I'm very patient and that much is true, as I feel buying or
selling a home is one of the biggest transactions that a person will make in a lifetime.
About Matt:
I love meeting new people and connecting with them by sharing life stories and
experiences, what a joy! Finding ways to help and support others is a passion of mine.
Real Estate is about buying and selling property but more than that, it's a people
business. My philosophy is "it's about you and not me". I desire to establish
relationships founded on trust and confidence that go beyond any transaction.
As a seasoned professional in operations management and a previous business owner
I have develop skills in leadership, strategic planning, communication and operational
excellence. This experience provides me the ability to serve you in a greater way
throughout your real estate journey.
About Us:
Originally from Indiana, we moved to Sarasota in 2010. When not working you will find
us biking, walking and exploring Florida's great parks, beaches and communities. We
also enjoy volunteering in the local church we attend as well as spending time together
