About Christina

I am a dedicated full time real estate broker with 22 years of experience in the South Florida area. I provide marketing and transaction management services to clients through leasing and sale of all types of properties. In addition to real estate I have a background in construction as well. I have experience in the new construction market selling in a golf course community for several years. After 8 years in the business, I opened my own brokerage in August of 2005. I continue to lease and sell homes throughout the Broward and Palm Beach county areas, with several agents working on my team.
I work with a lot of first time home buyers, and offer an incentive program for those in the military, teachers, and first responders.
I am an avid golfer and love to sell homes in the many beautiful courses we have here in Florida. Even take my clients out for a round. Being a long time resident of the beach area, I offer expertise in the luxury beachfront area as well.
