About Christina
2022 marks Christina's 17th year working the Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate markets.
She is part of an international collective of like-minded agents around the globe and is fluent in international real estate (FIABCI, CIPS), crypto, tokenized, and fractional ownership in real estate, and blockchain technologies. She co-founded and runs the Global Real Estate Collective, as well as the International Real Estate Community on Clubhouse, where she hosts a bi-weekly conversation on local real estate markets around the globe.
Originally from CT, Christina has been living in New York for more than half her life, starting as an undergraduate. She lived in a TriBeCa loft for almost a decade, watching the neighborhood evolve into what it is today. Christina's experience and love of loft-living and downtown Manhattan makes her a specialist in the area. (Follow @readestreeter on Instagram)
In 1999, Christina bought her first NYC apartment -- on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, across from the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and she was smitten. She has been an avid Brooklynite ever since, and has owned a historic townhouse since 2001, making her particularly knowledgeable in that area (see @theBKtownhouse and @thewoodframehouse on Instagram).
Christina learned the value of property, real estate, and investing at a young age. She experienced many a summer ripping down lathe and painting walls in her family's home and investment properties and has a deep understanding of construction and the renovation process. As an investor and landlord, herself, she understands this unique perspective, and holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is completing a certificate on crypto and blockchain in real estate, an area in which she hopes to do more business.
Aside from practical real estate experience, Christina's background is in international project management, training, and consulting, where she specialized in cross-cultural issues. She started up and managed the US operations of a British publishing company and an American one and is fluent in all areas of running a business – all skills which make her particularly valuable to her clients.
Christina holds an M.A. in Music from NYU and also enjoys traveling, eating good foods and drinking great wines.

Just outstanding. She wasn't even our selling agent and she was so helpful the whole way (we were the buyers). Goes the extra mile to make the home purchasing process as nice as it can be.

I was in the hospital and my wife needed help completing the paperwork requested by the co-op board. Christina went above and beyond in helping us prepare. We could never have made the purchase without her. She was always there to help.
