Christina Rathbun

Christina Rathbun is a top producer with PR Partners/Launch Real Estate and is an expert in Arizona’s luxury home market. Since 2005, she has been committed to supplying exceptional service and ability to both sellers and buyers of real estate in Scottsdale and the Metro Phoenix area. Christina has built a successful business focused primarily on referrals, so developing and keeping positive relationships with clients is a top priority for her.

Christina’s years of experience, dedication and negotiation skills help see the purchase contract through to closing. In 2012, she earned her Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation, which gives her a competitive edge while negotiating from start to finish. She has also obtained several other professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Accredited Staging Professional.

Born and raised in Alaska, Christina learned the value of a strong work ethic while working in her family’s businesses in grade school, and she has carried that lesson with her over the years. After high school graduation, Christina moved to Arizona in 1997 to pursue a college education. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix while working a full-time job at a golf course in North Scottsdale. Christina lives in Grayhawk in North Scottsdale with her husband, Trent, three beautiful children and their dog, Berkley. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. With three active kids, like most moms, her kids’ activities have become her hobbies!
