Knowledgeable, expert, strategic, responsive, charismatic, and kind---these words and more are not enough to describe Christina and the depth and breadth of industry knowledge she holds and the way she works with her clients. Clients become her friends as she knows what is important to them, the barriers they have to obtain a property they are pursuing, and she has beyond book-knowledge and credentialing-knowlege--she has tactic and experiential knowlege from her years in the industry to know what strategies and resources to apply and when in order to achieve her clients' desired outcome. My husband and I cannot recommend Christina Rordam enough. She has helped us both buy and sell homes in Central Florida during the past 5-6 years. In 2020, she helped us find our current home remotely. She did research and virtual tours for us while we were over 3,000 miles away! You will not regret hiring Christina to sell your home! As a first time home seller, Christina was able to walk me through the whole process from beginning to end. She was extremely patient with my endless questions, exceptionally knowledgeable and very professional throughout the whole process.

Before listing my home, Christina had a photographer and videographer come to my house to take some high quality shots. When the listing went active there were over 40 professional grade photos of my home to include video and drone footage. The best part for me though was the getting my house under contract, at nearly full asking price, within the first 24 hours of my listing going live.

Without a doubt, Christina is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. My only regret was not finding her before I bought my home! Hire her, you will not regret it.

I found Christina through a first time home buyer program, and boy am I glad we got paired together! Christina was there for me every step of the way of this seemingly daunting process. Although there are no such things as ‘stupid questions’, I definitely had some and she was always there and available through email/text/call to answer everything for me. If she couldn’t answer my call, she would text and let me know she received it and would call me back. She is patient and she will do her everything she can to get you the best price on a home. I am so happy to have worked with her and I look forward to working with her again on our next property!

Christina was referred to us by our lender. After a quick chat we set up some time to begin the house hunt. I initially went into our meeting and viewing of houses just wanting to feel her out (as we had a terrible experience with our first realtor). Well she NAILED IT the first time around and within 3 days we made an offer on our first home. Christina was so patient with us as we went through the process. We have done 3 real estate transactions with Christina over the past 4 years--2 purchases and 1 sale. For the purchases, she was SO patient, whether it was answering late night calls/texts/emails or playing with our toddler as we walked through different homes. She was great at negotiating the price both times. And, she had spot-on instinct when things seemed off about a house. When we sold, I remember there were probably a dozen phone calls going back and forth between her and I and then her and the buyers' agents as we had 2 competing offers. Things seemed so hectic, but she was super calm and professional. We closed within 6 weeks of listing our home and we couldn't have been happier. And, to top it off, she goes the extra mile to show she cares with Christmas cards in the mail, lovely gifts at closing, and even little personalized presents for our little one. She is simply the best!
