This was our second time using Christina as our realtor. Because she was so knowledgeable, communicative, and professional when purchasing our first home, we decided to use her again. It was the best decision ever! From the moment we made contact, Christina was able to guide us to a lender who was just as professional and competent as she was. She made the buying process smooth and easy. When feeling overwhelmed, she was able to explain the process in a way that allowed us to feel more comfortable. She answered every call, text and email, sometimes at crazy hours of the day. We would 100% recommend using Christina as a realtor!

Christina was an incredible realtor to work with. She was very attentive and informative on where the market is/was, what we needed to do to get top dollar and who to call to get stuff done. She was an expert in marketing our home as well. With her help we were able to be one of the top sales in our neighborhood and only 5 days on the market. Having Christina as our realtor was such an amazing experience. I had never gone through the home buying experience before unlike my boyfriend and aside from how extremely competitive the market is at this time- she was outstanding! Christina was amazing! She really understood our needs, our tight budget, and our naivete as first time homebuyers. In many instances she not only facilitated multiple complex transactions, appointments and accommodated three very different schedules, but she often had to "translate" for us newbies.
