Christina VanDerwerker

Tina is an Associate Broker who loves to work with seniors downsizing and first time homebuyers. Tina previously worked as an Occupational Therapist, going to patients’ homes and helping them regain function after hospitalization or illness. In this role, Tina has developed compassion, caring, listening skills and empathy for people’s hardships and needs. Tina is someone clients can count on and trust to provide exceptional service while pursuing their real estate needs.

Tina lives in Ballston Lake with her husband Dave. Her son Tyler recently moved to Ohio and works in a residential facility for inmates after graduating from University at Albany with a degree in Criminal Justice and her daughter Rachel is a social worker in Massachusetts. Dave’s daughter Sarah works at Saratoga Center for the Family and counsels children in the Shenendehowa school district.
