Buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful things you can do and there are many ways you can approach it. For me it was a failed adventure.

In the process of selling my estate size home I reached out to several real estate agencies. After meeting with several agents, I selected Chris Wilson from Century 21. I could not have chosen a more professional courteous agent than Chris who came out to my home and walked every inch of my 10 acre property. Chris’s knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable to me when I was trying to value my home and set a selling price.

Unfortunately, friends talked into selling my home without an agent. I was told that it would be faster, easier and I would save money by cutting out the real estate agent. Initially this looked good and so I sold my home without and agent.
Initially, it was easier, but hindsight is always 20/20 and by not using Chris’s services I cost myself thousands of dollars in additional revenue and numerous headaches that could have been avoided. I highly recommend that sellers use a professional real estate agent and the one I highly recommend is Chris.

Even after losing the sale of my home and during a timeframe where finding rental property wasn’t easy, Chris went on to help me search and find the perfect rental property that met all of my specific needs. A true professional!

I would highly recommend Chris to anybody that is buying, selling or renting real estate. In my opinion, Chris is the best real estate professional in the Virginia area. Certainly, Chris is the best real estate professional that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
When I'm ready to purchase a new home Chis will be who I call!

Chris did a great kob of marketing our home...sold after 2 days on the market at full price....was there every step of the way to make sure the sale went smoothly and kept us informed at all times......only gave her 5 stars because they didn't have 6......Great job Chris!!!
