Friends directed us to Christina Bauman and her team when we mentioned selling our house and we are so very thankful that they did!

Christina and her excellent team are awesome to work with. They were there for us from their very first walk-through to setting up our photo shoot and answering the many questions that we had before listing. Every time I reached out for an explanation they were there to answer with either a quick text or a phone call.

The whole process was quite quick. There were probably 10 days between our initial listing and the acceptance of an offer and the whole process from listing to closing took just barely over a month. All that paperwork!

We would absolutely recommend Christina Bauman and her team to absolutely everyone we know who is wanting to buy or sell. She made our selling experience very easy!

Christine Baumann, and her team are so professional and have such commitment to their work. 100% would not work with anyone else she got us a great deal on our house. I honestly don't think anyone else could have gotten us the deal she got for us on our new home for our budget. I would be lying if I said she wasn't a miracle worker. I didn't even think I would have been able to buy a house if it wasn't for Christine and her team. Anyone can sell or purchase a house, but Christine and her team really gave us the peace of mind that we needed with finding a home in our budget on a very short timeline. we needed to find a house within 2 to 3 months before our lease was up. They got us in our house just in time.
Corban Lawlor her assistant is very professional and was always early to all of our showings and very helpful with information and helping us finding homes within our budget. Corban did fantastic job being Christine's eyes and ears while she was working very hard for us behind the scenes. Corban would show us houses when ever I had time between work and the kids sporting events. Corban always had time for us when we needed it.
Her inspector was very thorough and played a big part of us getting our home for a such good price. As a construction worker myself It was very good to have someone looking at the house who actually knows what they are looking at and looking for. I have a decent amount of work ahead of me in this house but, I will be coming out ahead once the renovations are completed.
Arnie Her mortgage broker was very professional and had no problem chatting on the phone with me to explain my budget and sending detailed emails with all of the information he required for me to get my mortgage. He also went over the closing agreement with me line by line over the phone so I knew what I was paying for and why.
I am extremally grateful for Christine and her whole team. Everyone on her team has been very helpful and informative I have learned a lot during this experience. I will not hesitate to call her when it is time for us to find our next home.

Corban was amazing throughout the beginning and end of our home purchase process! My parents met him at an open house and immediately felt super comfortable around him as he was so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. We decided to work with him and are so glad we did. We had a super short window of time to find a home and Corban did everything he could to help us, especially during the Thanksgiving week. He was super organized and patient throughout the showings and all the process. We are a large family and would all go to most showings and Corban always made everyone feel so welcome and validated our opinions and concerns. If he wasn’t sure about something he would always get back to us with a proper answer. He was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. He would walk me through the process of any documents I had to sign and confirm once he received them. He made sure to help me know what all the steps in the process were and let me know who I needed to talk to in each step from the loan officer and title and escrow. Corban made the home buying process so easy; he helped me find my first home and close all in less than a month! I really appreciate all the hard work and effort he put in to help my family and I find our home and how he made what is normally an extremely stressful process be so easy! Working with Christine was an wonderful experience. The journey with Christine and her team started a few years ago. I was on the ‘fence’ about selling my property and wanted to explore options. Christine was extremely patient she never pressured me to do anything I was uncomfortable with. She showed me several properties throughout the five year period multifamily, rental, then ultimately back to single family.

Christine is not about the ‘deal’ she’s more about building relationships and trust. Client satisfaction is extremely important to her, she was there in trenches during the 2008 housing market crash, Christine has seen it all.

As a customer, you will be heard. Even if you have a relatively high list of needs, you will be taking care of! We had a pretty lengthy laundry list of things that we needed in a property, and we were restricted by a very low price point, and Christine has been able to find us properties, even when I didn't have much hope! Christine will be my go-to person that I will refer all of my friends and family to.
Additionally all of the services that a buyer may need such as inspectors and finance resources, Christine has a ready crew of people, that are knowledgeable qualified and have great customer service skill, probably because birds of a feather flock together!
