I have had the most wonderful experience that I would like to share with anyone who is looking to purchase your dream home. You will find a great real estate agent in Christie Bowe (Coldwell Banker Realty)! She is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and utmost professional. Her exceptional expertise makes a huge difference in this hottest seller’s market ever, especially for buyers like us who weren’t quite sure at the beginning of our search what exactly we wanted. She is pleasantly patient and always made herself available, spending almost every weekend with us for months, visiting dozens of open houses, examining and looking for all information that helped us compare and narrow down on our searches. Even though there was agony of losing close bids along the process, which happens all too often in a market like today’s, she helped us move on quickly while learning from the previous bids and making adjustments in our strategy accordingly. That makes the final procurement of our dream home that much sweeter. Even in escrow, she helped us negotiate with the seller; messages between both sides get passed along accurately and timely. She got the seller pay for some of the repairs and even helped us get some credit back! With her help, we were able to close the deal in just about a month! Thanks to Christine, we are now sitting inside our dream house overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean! Well done Christine, thank you so much!!!
