Christine and her team did a great job in getting my mother’s condo sold. Of particular help was her resources and hustle in getting the necessary repairs done in the reduced time frame we were faced with. Lisa always kept the communication line opened and Daniella was consistent with the showings.Tracy was always willing to answer questions and worked with me in collecting the necessary documents. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell a property.

I just wanted to write a short note to thank you and the entire Bradley Team for the magnificent job that you did in selling my house. Everyone involved did brilliant work in preparing, pricing, and marketing my home. After living there for 31 years, I was happy to see it handled by real professionals. I had long dreaded going through this process, but, in the end, I almost enjoyed it. I never dreamed that we could get the entire job of downsizing, marketing, and selling done with such relatively little stress.

Both Daniella and Tracy went out of their way to keep me up to date and to answer all my questions and concerns almost immediately. Ed, Enrique, and Rob did top notch and professional work in getting my house up to standard for sale. I purchased a home for which Christine was the listing agent. From the first communication between my agent and Christine, to the thoughtful letter left on the kitchen counter welcoming us “home” when we ultimately took possession, Christine exceeded my every expectation.

Having grown up in the area, I knew by way of reputation that Christine was one of the top agents in the Atlanta market. I got to see first-hand why this is the case. In particular, despite the fact that she was representing the other side of the transaction, she was extraordinarily helpful to my wife and I, agssisting with all the various stressful nuances that are part of the (stressful) process. These days it feels sometimes like agents are most concerned with seeking a “pound of flesh” from the other side, regardless of what it takes to do so. Christine, however, understands that it’s possible to diligently and passionately represented the interests of her client while doing so in a respectful, professional manner that (in my opinion) helps facilitate the deal.

Buying/selling a home can be stressful - I highly recommend Christine...she is one of the few who will make sure you get the best deal while doing so gracefully. This isn’t easy to do, but I can assure you that it makes the entire process much better for all involved.

I tried to sell our property by owner for 9 months, then decided to let Christine list it. I chose her because she lives in the neighborhood and has multiple listings/sales in Vinings. She had it under contract within a few months and was helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Christine for your real estate needs.

We met Christine & Team when they represented the buyer for our home in Vinings. We were so impressed by her professionalism and courtesy between the buyers and us (the sellers), that when it came time to purchase a replacement home, we contacted Christine to represent us. Since then, she has represented us on 2 home purchases and 2 home sales. Christine and her team have gone above and beyond when coordinating home repairs, repainting, reflooring, etc where needed. They have a list of professional and reliable contractors at the ready which takes ALL the worry off their clients. I could not recommend a better realtor & team to represent a home sale or purchase.
