Christine Carvin

Christine Foster Carvin is a fifth-generation St. Petersburg local whose deep ties to the community and surrounding areas have filled her with a wealth of insider’s knowledge that can only be gained through experience. Today, she puts that knowledge and experience to work to help her clients find the perfect home to fulfill their real estate dreams.

Christine was born and raised in St. Petersburg, residing in Shore Acres for the majority of her childhood. Upon returning to the Tampa Bay area after college, she planted new roots with her husband by the Gulf beaches. Having the ability to expertly navigate the beautiful neighborhoods stretching from Gulf Boulevard all the way down to Beach Drive, whether by boat or by car, gives her clients a unique experience that few other agents can offer. Her dedication to client service and extensive knowledge of the market offerings have allowed her to build a growing network of clients, colleagues and industry contacts.

Prior to moving into professional real estate, Christine earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Florida and spent five years as a labor and delivery nurse in St. Pete. Compassionate by nature, Christine’s clients know from the first meeting that they are her number one priority and that she will work tirelessly until their real estate goals are met, all while making the process as smooth as possible.

When she is not working, Christine enjoys boating, diving, fishing, and cheering on the Gators.
