We had a fantastic experience working with Christine Cooper to sell our Whidbey Island home in Clinton, WA. Christine was our seller's agent. Before hiring Christine, we interviewed several potential agents. After our initial meeting, Christine then came back for a second meeting where she pulled together a very professional presentation outlining how she would help us to sell our house for the most $ possible. She had a great and thorough plan, so we hired her. Christine was a delight to work with every step of the way -- professional, caring, responsive, and fun! In less than one week from listing, we had 12 offers on our house and sold for 38% above asking price. We know that Christine's marketing strategy for our house is what drove the interest and the fantastic price that we got. I'm so glad we trusted Christine with what was the most important decision we've ever made: selling our house!

Christine Cooper is a stellar realtor, and outstanding professional in the Whidbey Island community. The sale of our home proved complex and lengthy due to a necessary septic rebuild, and family estate status. But she lead the way, always one step ahead with her communications, creative solutions, and network of professionals. Christine's bright and positive nature graced the entire process, and we were constantly thankful she was on our team! With her expert research, timing, and negotiations, we won top dollar for our home. I would absolutely recommend her, you will not find another realtor as loyal and dedicated as Christine.

I recently sold a home on Whidbey Island involving a difficult Estate sale. Christine Cooper was our realtor. In our first meeting she arrived organized, and thoroughly prepared. Throughout the entire process, Christine was the epitome of professionalism – handling everything quickly with expertise. At the same time, she was friendly and fun to work with. She was always available via phone, text, or email and prompt with her responses. Christine excelled at reading the market, setting a price, bidding negotiations, and staging. It was so nice working with someone who not only knew the business upside down and backwards, but who always made our sale and needs a top priority.

I chose Christine as an agent with the sneaking suspicion that we'd get along fabulously and she knew her stuff. I was right! Christine was awesome, as we were new to Whidbey, and working most of the time from a distance. She's an expert at helping people relocate, finding that perfect property, and negotiating the deal with ease (or at least making it look easy). We were very happy with Christine and the service she provided. She went above and beyond, was patient, and put up with my questions and recommendation requests after the move. Highly recommended!

Christine is AMAZING! We were so anxious to buy a home in today’s market, and she landed us the first house we fell in love with (against SO many other competing offers). Everyone told us it would be a roller coaster of a ride, but she made the process SO quick and painless!! She coached us on exactly how to negotiate so we didn’t have to go out of our comfort level (but still win), was available the whole time to ask questions, and landed us the perfect home, in the best neighborhood.

Christine is not only professional and knowledgeable in real estate, but also is personable and SO much fun to work with- you’ll want to grab a cocktail with her after and will truly have a friend!

I would repeat the process over with Christine any day, although our home is so perfect we’ll be here for a while!

Christine is the kind of agent and individual you want in your corner. We are a military family and purchased a home during the pandemic, from across the country, and sight unseen. There are not many people I’d trust to represent my interests under these circumstances, but Christine is one of them. She was on top of everything, communicated consistently and clearly, she answered all our questions, and went above and beyond throughout every step. In an incredibly competitive market, she was responsive, quick to schedule showings (she made it to one 15 min after it went live on MLS), quick to draw up creative and competitive offers and work with our lender, managed us being in different time zones, found and worked with professionals through the inspections process, all while keeping our best interests in mind. I now understand just how valuable a good relationship with a realtor is and how much peace of mind working with a true professional can offer. I cannot recommend a Christine highly enough.

Christine was a fantastic agent! We feel very fortunate that we got to work with her. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable, as we bid on a very competitive house (with offers in the double digits), and with her help, we got it! Even before we saw the house, she was armed with information on recently sold comparables to help us with our offer. She also researched the property itself to help us feel comfortable with its condition and history. Christine guided us through three rounds of competitive bidding, and she was proactive with her negotiating ideas to keep us in the running. Throughout the entire process, she has been very responsive to our questions and incredibly thorough, often going above and beyond. There is no way we would have had a successful bid and such a seamless process without her. Highly recommend!

Christine is an actual superstar! She went above and beyond regularly for me while putting my house up for sale. She continually kept me up to date, and was ahead of everything. Christine is a no-quit, go-getter! We listed our Anacortes home with her the day before WA went into quarantine for Covid-19. Despite the challenges and uncertainty we faced, she was constantly coming up with new ways to get our home advertised and seen by buyers and agents alike. She implemented a multiphased marketing plan to keep our listing fresh, and was the first person in her office to host a virtual open house. She WORKED for us and with us, and she never...not once...came at us with an excuse...only with an idea of how we could navigate the next obstacle! I highly recommend Christine Cooper to anyone looking into home buying on or around Whidbey Island. I reached out to Christine a year ago upon learning that my family would be moving to Whidbey and she was incredibly helpful in not only educating us first-timers on the home buying process but in going above and beyond and providing information on local resources such as schools, fun things to do in the area and local ongoings. Although we decided not to move forward with purchasing at that time, she made the effort to check in with us periodically to see if we needed any guidance with resources. When we were finally ready to move forward with purchasing our first home, Christine was readily available to guide us. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, highlighting aspects of the process that often go overlooked and always listened to our needs and wants in a home. There was never a question that was too small for Christine to answer, she is reliable, honest and most importantly she is so positive! It was very clear from the get go that Christine is extremely passionate about helping individuals and family's find the perfect home for them.
