Christine has been a Real Estate Broker since 2006 focusing on both Chicago and the North Shore areas. She has an extensive experience in all facets of real estate and is qualified to assist both buyers and sellers with single family homes, multi-units, condominiums, foreclosures and short sales. After building a home in Highland Park she learned the new construction process from start to finish. This experience has given her the ability to understand and guide potential buyers through the new construction process as well as understand the cost of rehabs and 'mini face lifts' and with sellers before putting a property on the market to capitalize on the best price possible.
Her eye for design and attention to detail is invaluable for a potential seller or buyer and she is adamant about keeping up with the latest designs and understanding what the market wants. Christine makes a significant investment in preparing a property before putting it on the market. She works with sellers to optimize the presentation of their home, to identify their target market, and to develop a strategic marketing plan. She spends a substantial amount of time analyzing and assessing the market value to customize the marketing for each specific property.

One of the reasons Christine loves this job is because it's ever changing and there is no monotony. Christine consistently studies market pricing and trends and explore different ways for her clients to become educated and make informed decisions based upon the marketing and emerging neighborhoods. Christine 's goal as a realtor is to guide her clients through the entire process from beginning to end. She thinks that communication is key and a relationship based on trust and honesty is every bit as important. Christine values her clients and goes the extra mile with every detail. This is a relationship based business and Christine advises all of her clients as if it were her own transaction.
