Christine Golemb

Christie is the realtor of choice for many of San Diego's bankruptcy trustees, who have come to respect and rely upon her expertise, education, and professional stature. Her sterling qualities are not reserved for that small niche market: each of her clients - buyer or seller - benefit from her understanding that for every individual, family, and lifestyle there is an exceptional neighborhood for a discerning buyer, or a hard-won negotiation resulting in the best possible price and terms for a determined seller.

Christie is a Certified Negotiation Expert: she understands different negotiating styles and will get the best outcome for her clients. Earning her Graduate realtor Institute designation contributed to Christie's strong educational foundation and has furthered her commitment to provide clients with the highest level of professional service. She serves on the Greater San Diego Association of realtor’s grievance committee which holds realtors to their code of ethics.

Christie grew up in Colorado, and was fortunate enough to also live in France, Switzerland, and former Yugoslavia. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts before moving to San Diego. She has lived in the San Diego community of Kensington for 30 years, raising two boys and participating in community organizations and events. Christie and her very energetic Australian Shepherd participate in agility classes when they are not out hiking or enjoying Fiesta Island. For fun she plays on various tennis teams and indulges in her passion for fresh powder by going heli-skiing. Travel is in her blood, and she loves exploring new places. She is on the board of the Hemlock Society of San Diego and is grateful to be able to help educate people on the end-of-life choices available to each of us.
