It’s been said you can always find three things to say about someone or something. Limiting myself to writing only three things about Christine Hamilton was difficult, but here goes. Christine is efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. We were fortunate enough to have her as our agent both as a buyer and a seller. She helped us navigate the entire buying experience in record time without a single hiccup. She was readily available, always answering our calls and texts immediately. I can’t even fathom how many contacts are in her address book. All I know is whatever I needed done, she knew who I could call. Moreover, whenever I told the contact that Christine gave me their name, I generally got same day or next day service.

Christine also served us well with selling our house. She went over and above what could be expected of an agent. She managed to get an inspection scheduled and completed on the same day and in a record four hours. She picked up magnolia leaves in our front yard while waiting for the pest inspector to finish. Who does that? Christine knows how to be a professional while still being approachable. She listened to us and anticipated our every need. She knew when the stress was getting to us and on several occasions, sent me a song or some lyrics that made me relax and sometimes just laugh out loud.

Who wants to stay in touch with their agent once the sold sign goes up on their house? I do!

Christine is the best in every aspect you seek in an agent. Her style of preparing the home for sale and marketing it could not be better. Her attention to every detail is remarkable, and she constantly checked in with us. Christine has contacts with all the necessary tradesmen to prepare the home. We were selling the home of our deceased loved one and live out of the area, but Christine did a great job and sold for above asking.

My wife and I and the fortuitous opportunity to work with Christine when purchasing our first home as a couple. We initially met Christine at an open house and the first impression she gave immediately generated our trust. She not only was cordial and professional, but she also illustrated extensive knowledge of the Rocklin and Roseville area. As we got to know her throughout our home purchasing process Christine also displayed extensive knowledge and a true passion for the home building process from builder history, building materials, to the layout of communities. My wife had a lot of specifics she wanted in our home and Christine displayed a meticulous aptitude for detail from floor plans, to window quality, fixture quality, flooring quality, and even aesthetic touches that add so much to a home. In addition to the expertise she brought to the table with the characteristics of homes, she also brought extensive knowledge of schools systems, energy costs, water treatment, and knowledge of a person who has loves the Rocklin and Roseville area. Finally, we loved the way Christine was transparent about everything that was needed. She pushed for all the proper paperwork, and inspections to be performed, and she executed them all quickly and perfectly. We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Christine and there would be no hesitation for me to refer her to anyone looking for a home.

Christine is Great! When she met us she asked all the right questions to figure out what we were looking for in a home in Sun City Roseville. She was not out “assigned” relocation agent but after spending time with others, we begged her to help us find a home. She came through with the perfect house only a day before our 10 house hunting trip ended. She is personable, friendly and made us feel at ease. What a great professional. Christine took on our challenges and made it seem easy. She is super knowledgeable about the area we were interested in and made the task easier. Later, we sold our Sun City home through Christine and she helped us purchase a newer and bigger home at Del Webb The Club at Westpark.
