About Christine

Chrissy’s career in residential real estate began in 2005 and she has spent every year working exclusively by referral. She values the opportunity to invest in her clients and referrals who have chosen her to guide them through the home buying and/or selling process. She has been blessed with the opportunity to serve many friends and clients repeatedly over the years.

The primary focus of our business is single family homes/condos/townhomes as well as assisting clients in mutli-family investing. During her career, she spent several years working in Portland's Pearl District and Downtown Neighborhoods focusing on buying and selling urban condos. She has also been involved in condo associations and served on HOA boards which has led to her understanding of building and neighborhood associations. Her experience in multi-family investing has allowed her to help clients buy, sell, and analyze properties for investment purposes.

Real estate transactions can be complicated and overwhelming for buyers and sellers. Chrissy's background as an elementary school teacher, enables her to explain the buying and selling process and negotiations to clients clearly.
