Christine Luciano

Margaret Rudd Bishop and Jim Goodman of Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS are pleased to welcome Christine Luciano to the firm’s Oak Island office. Christine worked for the Social Security Administration in White Plains, NY, providing pre-retirement counseling as well as resolving benefit issues before relocating to North Carolina twenty years ago to be closer to family. While her children were young, she worked in the fitness industry, first in sales and marketing, as a personal trainer, and later as the General Manager of the World Gym of Concord. She eventually moved on to the corporate office as the director of payroll and benefits. Ten years later, when her husband was offered a position at Brunswick Community College, she transitioned into banking. She is s a North Carolina licensed life, health & disability insurance agent and also a notary public. In 2015 she served as a Beach Ambassador for the Town of Oak Island and in 2018 she participated in the Oak Island Citizen Academy. She also serves on the board of the Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity. Christine’s interest in community service along with her background in finance are an ideal combination for a real estate professional. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she looks forward to helping you with all your real estate needs. We are happy to have her on board!
