Christine Maples

Chris Maples responsibilities include conducting the overall operation and growth of the company. She is active in area of investment brokerage, property and asset management, retail, office and industrial sales and leasing, tenant representation and consulting, investment analysis and all fiduciary transactions of the business.

Chris has held the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since November, 1999.

Chris was a founding member and officer of BOMA of Southwest Missouri. She is a member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Springfield Business-to-Business, Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has received numerous community service awards and recognition for her dedication and service to the Greene County area.
