I honestly can't say enough great things about Christine. Aside from already being a phenomenal person all around, she is also extremely talented at practically everything she does. Christine is remarkably intelligent, highly knowledgeable about all things real estate, very dedicated, utterly professional and best of all, a genuinely personable, patient, and thoughtful individual. What makes her a top-performing realtor is also what makes her a great person overall. Christine provided us with valuable assistance and guidance long before she ever became our realtor officially. My wife and I had purchased a distressed fixer-upper that, over the course of two years, we completely renovated and then resold with Christine in 2022. I’d give six stars if I could. Instead of saying what can you say about Christine, it should really be what can’t you say about Christine. I will preface this by saying I have known Christine for sometime and she has helped me in the past first finding a rental prior to me purchasing my current home. The service her and her team provided to me for both with my rental and now my home purchase was nothing short of FIRST CLASS!! She was very thorough and always followed up on whatever was needed. Where do I start...

Christine was my realtor when I bought my first house. I had told her that I am ignorant to the process and that I would need to be hand held throughout the process.

I gave her all of the information that was requested of me and she made the entire process completely seamless. By the time I knew it, I was signing my closing documents with literally zero headache along the way.

Fast forward 2 years, I got married and needed to sell my house. I called Christine for assistance, and the reverse process began. She gave me an easily understandable checklist to take care of and listed my house quickly. Before I knew it, I was signing my selling closing documents in the comfort of my own home (new baby) and the process was complete.

Moral of the story, if you need someone that's going to do all the work in a timely and qualitative fashion, Christine is your lady.

If you've made it to Christine Nieva's reviews while searching for a realtor, you're on the right track! We found Christine through both her tremendous social media presence and a recommendation from a friend - and we're soo happy we reached out and choose her as our relator.

Being a first time home buyer is quite the learning experience, especially when it's a sellers market. Christine, Liz, and team were with us every step of the way - providing us with their knowledge, expertise, professional connections, and perspective. Ontop of all that, the customer service we experienced was above and beyond. The team was always responsive via text, email, call - your choice. When I say responsive, I don't mean 2 business days - they were always ontop of it 24/7.

We were unsure of where and what we wanted to buy, so we were always on the lookout for open houses. Christine worked her magic and made sure we saw every home we wanted to, sometimes without the need for open houses. On top of that, Christine and Liz always made themselves avaliable if we needed them for a walk through.

I could go on and on about how stellar our experience with Christine was, but the bottom line is she's the best out there. If you need a real estate champion in your corner, you cannot go wrong with Christine Nieva! We're forever grateful for her services, and even moreso for her friendship. Where to start… I am a first time homebuyer and i don’t know any single thing about real estate. I normally talk to my close friends about my goals and one of them is to buy a house. One of my friends asked me if I have a realtor (which I didn’t have during that time) and she recommended christine to me. I communicated with christine and told her everything — like i want to buy a house but I don’t know how and where to start. Christine explained everything smoothly, she was soooo patient (because I don’t know the real estate language) and was very kind. That moment I knew I got the right agent.

During the house hunting phase, I tackled 3 houses and all of them were rejected. Although, all of the offers were always on top, christine always made sure that my offer goes on top but unfortunately some houses are not really meant for me. Every rejected house, christine always made sure that everything will be OK and that someday I will find the best house. She has that vibe of assurance (which is really comforting btw) and I loved how she was transparent about every information she has that I need to know. She is also fast in communicating information, which is a plus!!! All I can say is that, Christine is so professional, very kind, has excellent knowledge about her profession, and respectful. I loved how she was so welcoming towards my parents — as if we were like family. Christine is the best and I wouldn’t trade her for anyone else.

I will never forget Liz — christine’s assistant. She is so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her time and all that she did just for me to see the houses. She was very accommodating and I loved how she is approachable anytime! like literally anytime. She is the best helping hand that you need during the house hunting process!!

Kent and Milly, they are the best people to talk about the mortgage. I want to say that I can sense the professionalism that they deliver and I love how they are so patient towards me. Kent explains every single thing that I need to know and clears confusions because we don’t want any “surprises” in the end. Milly, on the other hand, is on the top with my deadlines and requirements. I really appreciate her effort on constantly reminding me what I need to submit and the things that I need to do. Overall, Kent and Milly are the nicest people and has the longest patience ever. They are the best!!!

Overall, if you don’t have a real estate team yet, these 4 people are the best humans that I would recommend. They are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Super patient and kind too!!! In fact, they are literally the “dream team” because I would never reach my goal (which is getting the best house) without them. 🏡🔐

After submitting offers on 8 different homes, we had to made the tough decision in switching realtors. As much as we loved the wonderful people that we were working with, we needed results, and Christine and her team delivered.

I heard about Christine through one of my colleagues at work and decided to submit an inquiry on her website. When she called us and explained everything in great detail on how this process would go, my wife and I instantly knew we were in good hands. Not to be insulting to my old realtor, but it was like we just went from the minor to the major leagues of realty.

After we explained to her what we wanted in a home, Christine was quick to shoot us some properties that would be a great fit for us. Who would have thought that the very first suggestion from her would be our future home?

My wife and I entered the market with very little knowledge as first-time home buyers. Christine made selling my property very smooth. She went above and beyond from guiding with how to setup the property with staging. She included pictures, nice video, a solo page and 3d image of the property to cater to the current covid situation. I am a first-time homebuyer and I had the easiest, yet craziest home buying experience with Christine and her team. I had only started looking at places for a short period until I came across a place that I really liked. I asked Christine if it would sell really fast due to the crazy market as a result of the pandemic. She said that yes, most places go by within a weekend. The place I had my eye on had a deadline within just days, so she expedited the process of helping me tour the place and put down an offer right before the deadline. After we placed our offer, Christine and her team said they had a good feeling about it. Well, the listing agent got back to us that same evening with news that OUT OF 10 OFFERS, WE HAD THE WINNING OFFER. It was unbelievable.

Now, I’d like to explain how she did it. First of all, Christine is an expert in her field. My family immigrated to America from Cambodia so there was a slight language barrier alongside the fact that they were not familiar with the current housing market. Christine made herself available to speak with my father over the phone and answered any questions we had relating to buying property. She was very patient, empathetic, and understanding as English wasn’t my father’s first language. Christine had essentially held our hand throughout the entire process, explaining all real estate terms and processes without missing a beat. I imagine that she honed her eloquent speaking skills and charisma to create a strong rapport with the listing agent, which might have helped our offer.

Second, she was very responsive. No matter what time of day, whether 11pm at night or 8am, she was very prompt with any questions or concerns I had. This simmered down any anxiety I had about buying because I knew that I could trust her. This demonstrated her high level of professionalism to me.

Lastly, she’s created such a strong network with the best of the best in other areas of the home buying process, such as my lender, home inspector, and mover. Her entire team was very responsive and kept me up to date with all the steps I needed to complete before closing. I felt safe with their guidance. She even helped me when my power went out the next day after closing!!!

I was fortunate enough to have known Christine before choosing her has my real estate agent. She’s always had an incredible work ethic and a great attitude with any challenge that crosses her path. I am so happy with everything.

Christine works harder than most people I know in any field, and she is insanely knowledgeable about the market in which she operates. She took all of my questions and anxiety in stride and really helped ensure that I felt informed and supported through the entire process. It's evident that she really listened to what I was looking for in a home, and made sure to show me properties that aligned with my priorities, and most importantly my budget; at no point did she ever try to convince me that I needed to spend more. All of the professional connections she has really made my entire home buying process extraordinarily smooth, even for a first-time buyer who knew nothing. From house-hunting to lenders, to mortgage insurance and warranties, she had it all available with options to present when it was time. I didn’t actually start with Christine, but I’m glad I dumped my old realtor and went with her. It was a total 180 experience from the old realtor and I was able to be guided every step of the home buying process. She was accessible any time I needed info or clarification, she had her resources ready for me so I didn’t have to go researching things myself (I was pregnant at the time), and she made things so easy for us to understand during the whole process. Christine helped us win the house and we were still within the price range that we set for our budget. She is patient, knowledgeable, very sweet, and one of the best out there. I recommend her to anyone and everyone in the DMV area. This woman knows her stuff.

Had the best experience working with Christine! It took us some time to move to our new home but she was patient throughout our whole journey. We also had some communication issues with our builder and she stepped in to make sure we received the information we needed in a more timely manner. She even gave us some recommendations on inspectors and builders for any additional elements we wanted to have in our home. She may be a realtor but she is also very knowledgeable about the industry in general that she can answer more questions outside of home buying. And if not, she can at least point you in the right direction so you're not stuck =) Super grateful to have been able to work with her this past year!

We had a fantastic experience working with Christine. She was diligent in understanding exactly the kind of home for us, even showing us things that we didn’t even know we needed. In a hot market, she found great choices for us and when the time came to put in an offer, she helped put together a great offer that landed us a home on the first shot, beating out several other competitive offers. She and her team were responsive and aggressive through the whole process, from initial meeting to closing day, and afterwards. I cannot recommend Christine enough, especially in a hot market.

Christine and her team are very efficient, and knowledgeable about the area we were buying our home. She also helped us connect with a lender with whom together created a very dynamic team, which is needed in this crazy market. Everyone was always available to talk us when we needed guidance. The loan office was always available, weekdays and weekends. Thanks to Christine, we’ve learned so much from the buying process.
