About Christine

The Parrish team has served Hampton Roads, since 1998. Christine is a second generation agent in Virginia and a broker associate in NE North Carolina specializing in vacation rental homes on the Outer Banks. Daniel Parrish has joined the team in 2013 and is a 3rd generation Realtor.
Christine’s experience as in real estate started as a child learning from her father while he developed, built homes, and sold property for Goodman Segar Hogan. In 1998 she obtained her real estate license after running an Electrical Contracting company and building her own home. She started working in NC on the OBX selling vacation rental homes. In 2003 she was a partner in a development in Falls Creek Chesapeake, VA. Since, Christine has been a full time agent in VA from the onset of the sales of this development. The team offers numerous resources to their clients while helping them with the sale or purchase of a home.

Parrish Team works by referral which means that their time is dedicated to clients needs, with their head down until the transaction is done. “It is extremely important to us to make a great impression so our clients will refer us to their family and friends” says Daniel Parrish “We bring skills, honesty and integrity to the table.” In addition, they bring trusted resources to help our clients before during and after the transaction.
They have maintained a volume of transactions of the top 10% of real estate agents in Hampton Roads and belong to the Circle of Excellence for the Hampton Roads Realtor Association.
Each year they hold a client appreciation event “King of the Hole cornhole tournament” where they give back to clients, friends and the community. 2018 is the 7th Annual King of the Hole tournament and will be held on Saturday August 11, at Java Surf Cafe in Virginia Beach. Proceeds of this event will be donated to America’s Fund- Semper Fi to help our wounded and injured men and women in the Military.
Personal –Christine is a Mother of 2 sons. Daniel and Joseph. Daniel is her partner, Joseph is a medical student at VCOM in Blacksburg. Family values are very important to the Parrish’s. Christine loves to play competitive tennis. She also loves cooking and entertaining friends. They enjoy all types of people and enjoy helping others achieve their dreams and goals. “Being a part of their client’s story is very rewarding.” said Christine. We love helping our clients write their story while making the largest and most important purchase in their life.

Christine was a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and current trends in the local housing market. She was patient with us while we worked to get our house ready for market. Christine had excellent contacts that were able to help us make repairs at very reasonable prices.
