My husband and I had been working with a realtor for more than a year trying to find our forever home in Delaware County. No luck! We decided to look at a few homes on our own in Montgomery County. This is where we met Christine Perry. We spoke with her for maybe 30 minutes and within a day she had put together a list of homes, that matched our wants and needs. She scheduled visits in that same week and after visiting those homes…I’m happy to say that we purchased one of those homes. A beautiful colonial in Audubon Pa.
Working with Christine was a pleasure! The process was so easy, I’m so glad we met her that Saturday. It was such a joy to have a realtor who listened to what we wanted and worked quickly to help us find our home. Christine listens to the clients for their request in a property such as bedrooms, baths, garage and square footage, and etc. She will research for specific features in a location, school districts, hospitals, and easy roadways to commute to work. She reviews closing cost and explains the process to list or sell a property. She is an experienced realtor who cares for her clients.
