My husband and I had been working with a realtor for more than a year trying to find our forever home in Delaware County. No luck! We decided to look at a few homes on our own in Montgomery County. This is where we met Christine Perry. We spoke with her for maybe 30 minutes and within a day she had put together a list of homes, that matched our wants and needs. Christine listens to the clients for their request in a property such as bedrooms, baths, garage and square footage, and etc. She will research for specific features in a location, school districts, hospitals, and easy roadways to commute to work. She reviews closing cost and explains the process to list or sell a property. She is an experienced realtor who cares for her clients.
