Getting to Know Christy Howard, Realtor / Bilingual Spanish:

I began my real estate career in 1978 at Realty World, in Antioch, as a Receptionist/Secretary. Afterwards, during the 90's, I worked for a real estate lawyer team, as an Office Manager, and learned about Short Pay (Short Sale) Transactions, construction defects, and landlord/tenant matters. In 2005, I moved into real estate sales as a Real Estate Advisor, at Coldwell Banker in Antioch. I ranked Top Rookie of the Year, and Top Agent of the Month many times, as well as a Sterling Society International Awards Recipient for several years. Sterling Society means that I was among the Top 7% of Realtors World Wide for the Coldwell Banker Franchise.

In 2010, Coldwell Banker was purchased by Prudential California Realty, so I transferred with them to Brentwood. Since 2015, Prudential was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Properties, and I transferred with them to another Brentwood location. For the last 2 years, I have been awarded the Leading Edge Society Award, which means that I have again been ranked in the Top 7% of all Realtors Nationwide with Berkshire Hathaway Agents.
