If they want to sell but not waste money prepping the house, I break it down for them. My reputation hinges on doing the right thing for my clients, whether or not it results in a payday for me.

Don’t be fooled by the many different awards, they are easily enough earned. What you need to know about me is that I’ve been in this business for 14 years now as a solo agent, during which time I’ve sold almost $300m in volume, and my average list-to-sale price is 99.7%.

And yes, I’ve won all of those awards that you see plastered everywhere by so many agents, but what matters to me is the satisfaction I get with each transaction from knowing that my clients have trusted me to deliver the very best outcome possible for them.
