Christine is the human energizer bunny! She never stopped when trying to sell the house. Christine contacted fellow agents, prepared flyers, placed it on real estate sites and had a very successful Open House weekend. Throughout the entire process she continued to keep me informed of every step and answered all my questions/concerns.
Unfortunately due to buyer issues, she had to repeat her efforts three times. Her enthusiastic, can-do attitude never waivered. The third contract went through smoothly and the house closed.
Her years of experience/knowledge clearly show as you develop your strategies to sell the house. I would recommend Christine to help buy or sell a house without hesitation.

Christine did an amazing selling our home. I’d never bought nor sold property and a friend highly recommended Christine. She walked me through the entire process, was patient and answered all my questions. Our sale ended up a little bit complicated due to things such as Power of Attorney; passing of my parents; and a rapidly changing market. Christine is a knowledgeable, calm and caring realtor. She went through some difficult times with us and showed so much empathy regarding my parents ailing health. She was a steady and grounding presence for me from start to finish of the sale. She’s was a perfectionist when staging our home - she wasn’t 100% satisfied with the first staging and made it right by having it redone and even used some of her own belongings to improve the visual impression. We got a good price for our home and I truly appreciated Christine’s wealth of experience, confidence and her caring nature. She is fantastic!

We asked Christine to sell our property in Fremont, CA in a down market, i.e interest rates were rising and within 45 days. She developed a strategy and marketing plan that enabled the property to sell at $100,000 over asking. We were all very pleased.

I have had a number of real estate transactions over the years and I only wish that I had used Christine in my previous transactions. She is the most knowledgeable, dedicated, capable and honest person that I have dealt with and I could not recommend her more highly.
