About Christine
Christine's entire career has been centered around Real Estate. Upon graduating from Michigan State University, Christine began working in Residential Property Management, and excelled as a result of her accomplished Midwest work ethic and effective communication with people of widely differing backgrounds. Her promotion to Vice President of West Coast Operations allowed Christine to become a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, and investors. Leveraging the knowledge, she gained from managing over 3,000 luxury apartments, she offers accountability and results.
Calm and approachable, Christine believes her success with managing complex transactions has been due to her sense of humor, research skills and ability to maintain a sense of perspective, regardless of the situation.
Intrigued by the excitement and challenges involved with helping buyers find the ideal property, and the chance to provide sellers with a high sale price, Christine decided to leave the property management arena behind and channel her skills into Residential Real Estate. Serving clients from the Westside, and throughout the San Fernando Valley, to Westlake Village, Christine works diligently to manage the entire transaction, as well as the risk management. She also sold a Net Net Net (NNN) commercial property in 2019.
Christine was excited to take her many years of experience in real estate to Harcourts Beverly Hills, and give her clients the ability to "rethink real estate" and maximize results, while guaranteeing a professional and transparent experience.
Dedicated to her community, Christine and her daughter participated in the National Charity League, San Fernando Valley Chapter, a mother daughter organization that focuses on leadership, philanthropic and cultural endeavors. She then became President from 2017-2018 and continues to serve on The Board of Directors in an advisory role. Christine also self-published a children's book in 2007 and donates a portion of all proceeds to charity. When not doing real estate, Christine is a dedicated wife and mother of two who enjoys friends and family, sports, traveling, volunteering, and walking her dog.
With a people first mentality, Christine prides herself on professionalism, communication, and her relationship with her clients. She looks forward to being of assistance with your real estate needs.
