Christine Sherman is an excellent realtor. She is attentive, responds immediately to questions, works through DocuSign, a very convenient e-signature app. She put down a great deal of effort, telling us exactly what improvements were needed to sell the house and what was not needed, suggesting contractors, then staging the house with small personal items. She was honest with us about what the house could sell for using her sales experience. She shared the posting with other realtors and managed to quickly find a buyer. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in selling their house.

We were new to the area and Christine was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we liked and was able to offer other recommendations based on what we were looking for. Christine was a WONDERFUL realtor!! She helped us find a home from half way around the world. She did video walk-throughs with us, took the time to get a feel for us and our likes/dislikes, our quirks and needs, and really was able to narrow down the options for us. She spotted things we didn’t see, helped us understand pros and cons, and also did really well going to bat for us with an unruly seller. She was a good negotiator and helped us understand what was important and what was not. And most of all, she was funny, kind, and patient. We loved working with Christine. From the start, she was all in .. being very attuned with our needs and asks in identifying and purchasing our next home. We were moving from outside of Montgomery County so it was essential to have an agent that was familiar with different neighborhoods. Christine proved to be not only to have great working knowledge of the neighborhoods but also possess excellent real estate knowledge (general), and people skills e.g. providing insight on the layout of a home (we have two little ones), potential obstacles with renovations, understanding our rationale for passing on certain properties, all while being mindful of our budget. Once we were under contract, Christine did a phenomenal job of walking us through the buying process and negotiating on our behalf. She was very responsive … never more than a text away. We highly recommend Christine to anyone in the market for a new home.
