We found Christine to be an outstanding realtor and upon our first meeting didn't feel that we needed to interview any other realtors. She was very professional and came prepared for our first meeting. She was very organized and we were impressed with her experience and knowledge of the St. James area and especially having sold several homes in my MIL retirement community. We were selling her home from across the country and Christine was very communicative and kept us updated and answered all our inquiries. Another important aspect is she uses a wonderful photographer for the listing. We were very happy that the home sold above our expectations. You cannot go wrong with choosing Christine as your realtor.

Christine is an expert in the field. Within 72 hours of listing my Condo she had a qualified buyer and moved quickly with inspection and contract. Christine is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, a dedicated professional. She was always pleasant and patient and never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly.
I couldn't have asked for a better agent and would definitely work with Christine again for all my real estate needs. Without hesitation I highly recommend Christine for both buying and selling.
