Christine Stiphany began her real estate career in 1997 with BHHS EWM Realtors and is celebrating her 26th year! Practically a native to South Florida, her knowledge of Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and their surrounding areas allows her to work with a wide range of residential and commercial properties.
As a member of the prestigious Chairman's Club and Master Broker's Forum, consistently posting sales that place her in the top ½ of 1% of agents nationwide, Christine has received the coveted CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, held by only 3% of all Realtors in the country.
Christine is a long time resident of Palmetto Bay and has two grown children. Ashley, the elder daughter, is a licensed Realtor and works closely with Christine and Realtor Angie Mase. Christine serves as an active member of the Board of Directors of the Deering Estate Foundation, and one of the earliest "100 Ladies of Deering," prominent charitable organizations supporting the Charles Deering Estate, a 444- acre landmark property along the edge of Biscayne Bay (www.deeringestate.org), and the flagship property of the Miami-Dade County Parks & Recreation Department.
Christine is also a huge animal lover, especially dogs, and will always stop to help a dog in need. She is proud to give "bark" to her community by supporting Paws4You (www.paws4you.com), an animal care facility that rescues dogs and cares for them until they find a permanent home.
