Christine Wheeler

Chris is a “people person”, who is passionate about connecting people with their dream homes. Her mission statement: “To serve my clients with honesty and integrity and provide unprecedented service.” Chris is a “hands-on relational REALTOR®” who guides her clients before, during and after the transaction.
She has an entrepreneurial spirit and “real estate is in her blood.” Since purchasing their first home right out of college, Chris and her husband have participated in numerous real estate transactions including other single family homes, bare land, a professional office building and a student apartment complex for their personal portfolio. She has acquired specialty skills and experience in Land Acquisition, Real Estate Development, General Construction, Property and Sub Contractor Management. All of this experience spurred her on and she joined the leading real estate brokerage in northern California, Coldwell Banker, in Morgan Hill, CA. As a member of the Coldwell Banker family, Chris has successfully listed and sold homes in San Jose, Morgan Hill, San Martin, Gilroy and Hollister. She earned a BS from Oregon State University. Subsequently, Chris earned a Multiple Subject Clear Credential from San Jose State University. While still teaching, she earned an MA in Education with an emphasis in Reading Specialty. Following her retirement from teaching, Chris received her real estate license.
