Christo Lane is outstanding. I had been in search of a condo for 2 years, and Christo patiently and expertly guided me through the process. He was always available to show my properties, and indeed showed me dozens over the period I was looking. He has a thorough understanding of the local market, and helped me to distinguish good investments from those less desirable. He showed tremendous patience with me, and all of my indecision. He's a great person, through and through, easy to talk to, lacking pretense, a straight shooter. In the end, I found the perfect home. He held my hand through the offer, inspection, and closing stages, making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I have been recommending Christo to anyone looking for a realtor.

Christo set up a showing for me at a house that had a long line of interested buyers at the door. Other realtors wanted to come in the house at the same time (we had a scheduled appointment—this was not an open house), but Christo held firm so that I could talk to him about how the house fit what I was looking for. Overall, we spent less time in the house than we would have if we’d had to sidestep other people and try to social distance inside a confined area.

Christo went above and beyond to get my wife and I into the home of our dreams. Not only was he a great guide to the process, he was proactive in helping to line up all the items needed to evaluate the property, make an offer, inspect, and close. Our property happened to have a plumbing issue noticed during inspection and Christo had a plumber out reviewing it and providing an estimate the next day!
