Christon did a great job as my agent when I was in the process of purchasing my property. He made himself available whenever I needed him and he did a great job setting up appointments while I was too busy to do so. Definitely recommend him if you're looking to purchase a home.

Christon was a great realtor for my fiancé and I. We found our house in just a few short weeks while working with him. After touring several homes one night and got finished in the late evening. We came across our house on a home buying app and texted Christon to let him know we were going to go the open house the next day (not expecting he would be able to come). He showed up bright and early, spoke with the sellers and after we told him we were interested he ensured we would make the best impression with our offer. Within two days we were signing agreement to buy paperwork. He was very familiar was the areas we were interested in and extremely helpful while going through the process and explaining everything to us. We trusted Christon and he didn’t let us down. We would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a home!

There are many positive qualities that stand out about Mr. Cuspud. I encountered an emergency real estate residential sale. Chris was able to step in and access the situation quickly and with very pertinent information about the property. Chris was knowledgeable and very clear about how long the process would take to sell the house. I will absolutely recommend working with Chris if your interested in selling or buying a home.
